We’ve got a brand-new Productions division. Had a makeover. And are still delivering industry-leading mobile media advertising.

We are turning 40 next year so decided to go all out. Not a bad mid-life crisis, right?

We’ve done end-to-end experiential productions for the likes of Disney+, McDonald’s, LEGO and Ferrari – now this is us officially stepping into the world of immersive media on behalf of brands across the UK.

Mobile Media Productions will be led by newly appointed Creative Business Director Ben Smith, whose previous experience leading campaigns for the likes of Grand Visual and Tommy promises to a whole new level of quality to what we do.

Here’s what we had to say about the new role:

“I joined Mobile Media to lead Mobile Media Productions because I believe in the power of immersive experiences to create genuine connections. The company’s innovative culture truly resonates with me, and I’m excited to work alongside a talented team to push boundaries in how we engage audiences. This role is a perfect fit for my passion for crafting memorable moments that elevate brands and connect deeply with consumers.”

This news comes ahead of our 40th Anniversary in 2025. So we wanted to mark the milestone and reflect the bold innovation that has put us at the forefront of the sector for the last 40 years.

Managing Partner Charlie Pounds explains our thinking for the brand design here, and what can be expected from us as a result:

“We are looking forward to celebrating the 40 th anniversary of Mobile Media and our invention of the mobile billboard, whilst growing and innovating through our new Productions division which will widen our full-service offering.

Our name represents trust, accountability and innovation so we want to shout about that and remind everyone why we are still thriving in business. Taking the reins of the family business from Mobile Media’s founder, my mother Karen Olsen, has been an honour. I am so proud that we can continue to bring in and develop new talent like Ben, who will bolster our diverse team, and utilise and expand on our award-winning experience and skills.

We have couples working together at Mobile Media as well as parents and their adult children within our team, some members of which some have been here for over 20 years. Together, we make up our very own family and we are excited to be heading into the next decade together, delivering more award-winning campaigns and end-to-end productions with exceptional creativity.”
